Job Responsibilities

(A) Teachers & CSO Deployment

- Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & Customer Service Officers

- Track Attendance of Teachers & Customer Service Officers

- Develop communications packages for teachers (e.g. Infographics, etc)

- Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines

- Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments, appraisal, etc

(B) Data-tracking & Manpower Resource Management

- Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs

- Oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches

- Measure adherence to leave policies and implement measures to encourage adherence

- Manage relief data sheets

- Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team

(C) Oversee Relief Roster

- Find relief teachers

- Consolidate a list of relief, freelance relief classes taken monthly and inform HR

(D) Assist with forecasting of recruitment needs of the following groups of teachers:

- Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance

(E) Data-tracking for Operations

- Manage key data sheets for Operations needs

- Deliver monthly report on key data points tracked by team

- Proficient in Google Suites

- Able to plan and forecast needs based on data-points

- Able to formulate processes to track important data-points

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree holder

Location(s): Hybrid

Working Hours: 5 day work week (3 weekdays and 2 weekends)

Offdays: Monday & Tuesday

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 10.20am - 7.20pm [Hybrid, to attend physical meeting at designated locations when required]

Weekend: 7.00am - 5pm [Work From Home]

Salary Range: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
