We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing team at Physio & Sole Clinic.
This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who has developed strong clinical foundations and is now looking for the next stage of their career - whether that means deepening their clinical expertise, mentoring younger physiotherapists, developing a specialty area or taking on greater leadership responsibilities within a clinic.
At Physio & Sole Clinic, we believe good physiotherapy goes beyond simply treating symptoms. We place a strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, evidence-informed practice, patient education, exercise rehabilitation and long-term outcomes.
What you will be doing
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will:
- Assess and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
- Develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes based on each patient’s goals
- Manage your own caseload with a high degree of clinical autonomy
- Work closely with doctors, podiatrists and other healthcare professionals where appropriate
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews and continuing education
- Contribute to the development of clinical standards and internal training
- Build strong relationships with patients, referrers and the wider healthcare community
- Take on additional leadership or clinic development responsibilities depending on your experience and interests
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised degree in Physiotherapy and is eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore
- Has at least 1 year of relevant physiotherapy experience, preferably with significant exposure to musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy
- Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and sound assessment skills
- Is comfortable managing patients independently
- Values evidence-informed practice while remaining pragmatic and patient-centred
- Communicates well with patients, colleagues and referring healthcare professionals
- Enjoys learning and actively seeks to improve their clinical practice
Previous private practice experience is an advantage, but is not essential for the right candidate.
What we offer:
At Physio & Sole Clinic, we aim to provide an environment where physiotherapists can build a sustainable long-term career.
You can expect:
- A stable and established patient caseload
- Competitive remuneration with opportunities for progression
- Structured mentorship and regular clinical education
- Exposure to a broad variety of MSK, sports and post-operative cases
- Opportunities to develop clinical special interests
- Opportunities to mentor junior physiotherapists
- Career pathways into clinical mentorship, clinic management and partnership
- A multidisciplinary working environment with physiotherapists and podiatrists
- Support for continuing professional development and external courses
- A team culture that encourages clinical discussion, learning and professional growth
We are particularly interested in physiotherapists who are looking for somewhere they can grow for the long term, rather than simply move into another treatment role.
If you’re an experienced physiotherapist looking for your next challenge and would like to develop both clinically and professionally, we would love to have a conversation with you.
