Account Manager – (Hybrid Hunting & Farming)

We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive both new business acquisition and account expansion across Southeast Asia. This is a hunt and farm role covering Telcos, hyperscalers, cloud providers, large-scale data centres, and network/security infrastructure customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts across telco, cloud, hyperscaler, and data centre segments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and targeted new accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships and uncover customer technical and business challenges.
• Position our solutions across cybersecurity, networking, wireless, and AI performance validation.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Develop account penetration plans, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Work closely with solution architects, application engineers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in both account growth and new revenue generation.
• Experience selling into telcos, hyperscalers, cloud providers, data centres, or colocation providers.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions such as test & measurement, validation, network visibility, cybersecurity, networking, wireless, or adjacent technologies.
• Strong executive communication and value-based selling skills.
• Able to manage regional sales responsibilities across SEA, with willingness to travel.
• No VISA sponsorship for this position.
