Job Description & Requirements

• Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries and assist to register patients
• Assist in handling and restraining animals during consultations and treatments
• Schedule appointments, admissions and follow-ups
• Invoicing, dispensing medications and provide basic advice on animal care, nutrition and point-treatment care
• Administrative tasks including filing, data entry, stock replenishment for reception display, stock check and document preparation (eg. issue certificates, print labels etc)
• Maintain accurate up-to-date customers’ records and ensuring confidentiality of information
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and oversee payments of invoices/bills
• Oversee office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues (NETS machine, printer, etc)
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Follow safety protocols for handling animals and medical waste
• Support miscellaneous duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Passion and love for animals and their wellbeing
• Possess initiative, good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a veterinary or animal care environment is a plus
• Willing to work in Jurong West

Working Hours:

Mon to Wed - 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
Thu & Fri - 10.00 am to 9.00 pm
Sat (at least once a month) - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
