About the role

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow management. Act as the Person in Charge when the Store Manager is not present, performing supervisory duties according to company standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow management
• Act as the PIC when the Store Manager is not present
• Perform supervisory duties according to company standard operating procedures
• Manage stock ordering, replenishment, and supplier coordination
• Handle customer requests and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support training, coaching, and performance evaluation for service crews and mixologist
• Uphold cafe service standards and ensure operational excellence

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Bi-lingual with strong ability to communicate well in English
• Sound understanding of tea-room operations and inventory management
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on people development
• Analytical ability to monitor and act on performance KPIs
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Able to work under pressure

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
