We're Hiring: Client Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated, organised and customer-oriented Client Account Executive to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, coordinating administrative matters and ensuring clients receive timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, requests and follow-ups.
• Assist clients with documentation and administrative matters.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and client reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
• Follow up on outstanding client requests and resolve service-related issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client applications and requests.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management or administrative support is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Able to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work independently.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
