Job Description:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and supporting schedules.
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Handle month-end and year-end closing, including necessary accounting adjustments.
Prepare monthly and annual management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and relevant supporting schedules.
Requirements:
Relevant bookkeeping experience, with the ability to independently handle accounting records, reconciliations, month-end closing and management reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
Able to communicate and follow up effectively with internal teams and external parties.
Experience in the F&B industry and handling accounts for multiple companies is an advantage.
