With operations in Singapore and Malaysia, we support clients across local and international markets through advanced engineering simulation and technical consultancy.

We are expanding our engineering team and seeking an experienced Simulation Engineer (CFD & FEA) to join our Ipoh office.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, set up, and execute CFD and FEA simulations for various engineering applications.
• Perform CFD analyses involving airflow, heat transfer, ventilation, thermal management, and fluid flow.
• Conduct FEA studies involving structural stress, deformation, and mechanical performance.
• Prepare simulation models, generate meshes, define boundary conditions, and evaluate simulation results.
• Analyse simulation outcomes, identify engineering issues, and propose practical design improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, simulation findings, and engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure simulation accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
• Support continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and engineering workflows.

3. Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in CFD and FEA simulations.
• Hands-on experience with CFD and FEA simulation software.
• Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and structural mechanics.
• Experience in simulation modelling, meshing, boundary condition setup, results interpretation, and validation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
