Purpose

We are looking for a senior client account leader to own and grow WSP Advisory's relationships across the Property & Buildings and Transport & Infrastructure sectors in Singapore. You will take ownership of accounts assisting Head of Advisory, acting as the client's primary point of contact and day-to-day engagement lead, as the Head of Advisory originates new accounts. You will direct WSP's Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering bench and the Proposals Coordinator to convert opportunities into won work, and represent WSP Advisory credibly at senior client and public-sector level.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Property & Buildings and Transport & Infrastructure client accounts, including statutory boards, GLCs, developers and investors, as day-to-day relationship lead.
• Identify follow-on and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working with WSP's P&B and T&I business units to convert relationships into Advisory mandates.
• Lead proposal development for P&B/T&I opportunities: brief and direct the Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineers and the Proposals Coordinator to produce decision-grade submissions to deadline.
• Act as engagement lead on live mandates: manage scope, client expectations, timelines and quality, escalating technical delivery to discipline specialists or business units as needed.
• Track account health, renewal timing and client satisfaction, and report portfolio status to Head of Advisory.
• Represent WSP Advisory at client meetings, industry events and pitch presentations.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure or property advisory, technical consulting, or client-facing business development within a professional services, engineering or built-environment firm.
• Demonstrated track record managing significant client accounts or portfolios in property, buildings, transport or infrastructure in Singapore or the region.
• Strong understanding of the project and investment lifecycle across P&B and T&I: planning, development, financing, construction and asset management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, credible at senior private and public-sector level.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience shaping and pricing advisory or consulting proposals.
• Excellent written and spoken English; a professional engineering, real estate, finance or built-environment qualification is preferred.
• Client-facing or account leadership roles within a professional services or Big Four firm, an engineering/infrastructure consultancy, or a developer/asset owner's investment or asset management team.
• Experience working with Singapore statutory boards (e.g. LTA, HDB, URA, JTC) or GLCs (e.g. Keppel, CapitaLand, Mapletree, ST Engineering) is highly valued.
• Property & buildings (real estate development, urban regeneration, data centres) and transport & infrastructure (rail, roads, aviation, ports and maritime). Deep experience in one sector with credible fluency in the other is acceptable; genuine breadth across both is ideal.
