KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist in daily retail operations and team management.

* Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.

* Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors to perform at their best.

* Provide professional skincare and makeup consultations.

* Maintain excellent customer service and store standards.

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in beauty retail, skincare or cosmetics is preferred.

* Willing to work in sales and achieve sales targets.

* Strong sales, communication and customer engagement skills.

* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

* Positive attitude, proactive mindset and results-oriented.

* Able to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
