Robosoft Technologies is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Agentic Development Lifecycle in Singapore.

Do you already use AI agents to build software and enjoy helping engineering teams adopt new ways of working? This is an opportunity to combine hands-on engineering, client collaboration and technical leadership.

You will work alongside enterprise teams to create workflows where AI agents plan, build, test, review and ship software with engineers—turning focused pilots into broader transformation programmes.

Location: Singapore

Work model: Home-based, with regular on-site presence at client offices

Employment: Permanent, full-time

️ Experience: 8–12 years

What you’ll do

• Lead AI discovery sessions, technical workshops and hands-on pilots

• Build agentic workflows using Cursor, agent orchestration, MCP servers and SDKs

• Integrate agents into CI/CD, testing, code review and enterprise systems

• Advise CTOs and engineering leaders on adoption, governance and measurable value

• Create reusable playbooks, demos and reference implementations for engagements across APAC

What you’ll bring

• 8–12 years in software engineering, including 2–5 years in client-facing technical roles

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with agentic development tools, preferably Cursor

• Strong engineering skills in at least two modern stacks, such as TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, Go or mobile

• Experience taking proof-of-concept engagements into production adoption

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with developers and senior leaders

You’ll help build Robosoft’s forward-deployed engineering capability and shape how clients adopt an agentic development lifecycle.
