Role Overview
We are seeking a junior Product Manager to join our Singapore team, sitting at the intersection of HR technology and AI-driven product innovation. You will help shape tools that improve how organisations manage, engage, and develop their people.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and prioritise product requirements from HR stakeholders, translating pain points into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work with engineering and design teams to define, build, and ship features on schedule, managing trade-offs across scope and quality.
Analyse product usage data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform the roadmap.
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and post-release measurement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and marketing to align product messaging and go-to-market plans.
Requirements
Approximately 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within the HR or HR-tech domain.
Solid understanding of HR workflows and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement.
Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to assess how AI features can solve real HR problems.
Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in English is required, as the role involves daily collaboration with international clients and cross-border product teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, human resources, or a related field.
