Job Responsibilities:
In charge of lease documentation which includes preparing and checking lease documents
Checking and activating contracts, updating and maintain the tenancy schedule and monthly reports for submission.
Track security deposit, monitor submission of sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants as well as other administrative duties as may be assigned.
Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries.
Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports and minutes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Oversee maintenance of database ensuring all data is accurately classified, approved and processed
Provide ad hoc reports and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Diploma holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in handling lease administration in Property Development Industry.
Required skill(s) MS Office
Attention to detail.
Good in documentation and filing
Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
Good communication skills.
