Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B, retail, or supply chain industry.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.

Familiarity with cross-border procurement between China and Malaysia is a strong advantage.

Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle urgent procurement requirements efficiently.

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Oversee the sourcing and purchasing of ingredients, equipment, packaging materials, and other F&B-related supplies from China and Malaysia.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including quotation comparisons, purchase order placement, logistics tracking, and documentation.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.

Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities through price negotiations, alternative products, tax exemptions, and other procurement strategies.

Review, develop, and implement procurement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate inventory records, procurement documentation, and cost information.
