Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of the restaurant, including staff management, financial planning, business development, and operational performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, increase revenue, control costs, and achieve the company's business objectives while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient business management and achievement of operational targets.

• Lead, manage, and motivate employees to improve productivity, teamwork, and overall performance.

• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, control expenses, and implement measures to improve financial performance.

• Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to attract customers, increase sales, and enhance profitability.

• Supervise department managers and operational supervisors to ensure effective coordination and performance.

• Monitor business performance, review operational reports, and report progress, challenges, and recommendations to company directors.

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and maintaining service standards.

• Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory management, and resource allocation to control operating costs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, workplace safety requirements, and applicable government regulations.

• Analyze financial information, sales data, and operational performance to support management decisions and business planning.

• Identify potential operational risks, resolve problems proactively, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Maintain confidentiality of company records, financial information, and other sensitive business matters.

• Maintain professional communication with employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners.

• Perform other management duties as reasonably assigned by the company.
