Kerja Sepenuh Masa HR ADMIN, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Saxco Marketing (KK) Selangor - Maukerja

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Administration/Business or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955 will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in PETALING JAYA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to monitoring KPI system.
• To perform special tasks/projects/assignments or any other work given by the Management/Immediate Superior as and when required.
• Provide administrative support and HR operation function to the company.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations etc.)
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
