Kerja Sepenuh Masa, M-E Project Manager di West River Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance with the project drawings & specifications, work schedule and relevant requirements. Ensure achieving timely completion of the project within allocated budget.
• Handle project planning and to do co-ordinate and oversee works on site.
• To work closely with client and consultant on issue arising and to attend monthly progress coordination meeting.
• To liaise with local authorities on statutory and regulatory requirement.
• Oversee and leading project team to ensure all projects run smooth and resolving issues and problems arising on site.
• Proposing M&E designs according to recognized engineering standard and following Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls, factory and residential towers.
• Preparing engineering drawings as per customer's specification request, site progress reports and Operation and Manual (O&M).
• Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.
• Lead, guide, train and monitor subordinates
• Reporting to management on project progress on regular basis

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent field of study and aspire to develop career path in building Mechanical & Electrical engineering
• Required skill(s): Cad software, MS Office
• Engineers with at least 10 years of working experience in the Electrical/Mechanical field and managerial roles are welcome.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of various type building Electrical/Mechanical system design and operation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in similar role is required
