Job Overview

Empyrean Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow the company’s online sales channels. The role involves managing product listings, promotions, orders, campaigns, and overall e-commerce performance across relevant marketplaces and platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Familiar with product listings, online promotions, campaigns, and order management.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce analytics and sales performance tracking.

• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.

• Must be willing to work fully on-site (No WFH or remote work).

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms.

• Create, update, and optimise product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.

• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotional activities, and platform sales events.

• Monitor orders and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

• Track sales performance, traffic, conversion, and other key e-commerce metrics.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Assist with customer enquiries and e-commerce-related issues when required.

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns and promotional content.
