1. Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate operational matters across FOSS, Front Office and relevant COO/support teams.

• Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding information, changes and agreed actions.

• Help ensure information is communicated consistently across impacted teams.

• Maintain appropriate trackers and provide visibility on outstanding actions.

• Support implementation of operational changes by coordinating inputs and updates across stakeholders.

2. SCA / CAA Pairing Management

• Maintain and update SCA and CAA pairing records based on approved changes.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders when there are changes to coverage, assignments or pairings.

• Perform basic checks to ensure pairing information is complete and accurately reflected in the relevant records.

• Maintain a clear record of changes for operational reference.

3. Process Documentation

• Draft and update process documents, SOPs, working guides and reference materials on an ad-hoc basis.

• Translate operational discussions and process changes into clear, practical documentation.

• Work with process owners and team members to validate documentation before circulation.

• Periodically review existing materials and highlight areas requiring updates.

4. Operational & Ad-hoc Support

• Support team initiatives, process enhancements and implementation activities.

• Assist with information gathering and consolidation for management or operational reviews.

• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in trackers, documentation or coordination processes and raise them to the relevant owner.

• Provide general coordination support for time-sensitive or ad-hoc operational requirements.
