Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and shared services, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions and offboarding.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, HR documentation and employee records.
Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and HR policy interpretation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Partner with managers on manpower planning, employee matters and workforce movements.
Support employee engagement, retention, organisational development and change management initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports and drive HR process and service improvements.
Support HR projects, business growth and restructuring initiatives.
Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, manpower solutions or shared services.
Experience in high-volume HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
Good people management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to manage daily HR operations while supporting strategic projects and process improvements.
