Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage online marketplaces, product listings, pricing, promotions, orders, and customer enquiries.
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.
• Create digital content and prepare promotional materials, including posters, banners, and product images.
• Perform basic graphic design and photo/video editing.
• Monitor online sales performance, customer feedback, and engagement.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and competitor research.
• Coordinate with Sales and Management to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate product information and perform other related administrative duties.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-Commerce, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with e-commerce marketplaces and social media platforms. Experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other e-commerce marketplaces will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software.
• Good communication, creativity and organizational skills.
• B2B marketing or technical product experience is an advantage.
