Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Credit Control Executive di PH WORLD PROPERTY SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Collections & Cash Flow: Track aging balances, follow up on payments, and maintain collection forecasts to achieve monthly targets.
• Billing & Systems: Input stamped SPAs into the system, issue progress billings, reminders, and default notices per SPA terms.
• Loan & Legal Coordination: Liaise with panel solicitors and end-financiers to clear loan documentation, advice letters, and loan drawdowns.
• Documentation & Handovers: Manage SPA, MOT, DMC collection, process legal fee payments, handle refund/rejection cases, and prepare Vacant Possession (VP) clearances.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Work with Sales Admin and Accounts for smooth operations, and prepare/submit quarterly KPKT 7F reports.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable; experience working with a property developer is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with property progress billing, legal documentation (SPA/MOT/DMC), and bank loan drawdown processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with purchasers, bankers, and panel solicitors.
