Job Description

• Lead organisation diagnosis using employee feedback or workforce insights
• Identify underlying organisational and team issues, and recommend practical interventions
• Establish the approach for analysing employee listening findings and coordinating organisation-wide follow-through
• Support organisation design and future organisational changes

• Design interventions involving role clarity, team interfaces, leadership practices, team effectiveness and employee journeys
• Support teams through organisational change and help build readiness for new ways of working
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and recommend improvements

• Translate employee listening insights into clear priorities and coordinated follow-up actions
• Develop approaches that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience such as supporting a multi-generational workforce
• Develop AIC’s employee recognition framework and manage organisation-wide awards
Oversee employee wellbeing programmes and initiatives

• 
  
  

• Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, Behavioural Science or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Organisation Development, organisation design, change management, employee experience or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing complex organisational or team issues and translating findings into practical interventions.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, consultation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Able to manage projects from diagnosis and design through to implementation and review.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
