A well-established company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its Human Resources team as an HR Intern. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who are eager to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management while developing their professional skills in a corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental activities.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and other administrative materials.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and communicate with candidates regarding recruitment updates.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and assist with the preparation of relevant documents.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
