We're Hiring! Customer Support Care - responsible for delivering outstanding customer support via various channels, including email and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
What We Offer:
Job Position: Customer Support Executive (English Speaking)
Industry: Australia Consumer Electronics Industry
Working Hours: 7am to 7pm, which 9.5 hours working per day inclusive 1.5 break time
Working Days: Monday - Sunday, 5 working days per week
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby LRT Ara Damansara)

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints & orders via Omni Channel (Chat, Email & Socia Media)
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Provide professional troubleshooting & after-sales support
- Support Australia market in English
- Monitor brand social engagement
- Assist the team and management with any tasks requiring support
- Work closely with managers and team members to achieve department objectives
Job Requirements:
- Education: SPM level and above
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply - PAID TRAINING Provided)
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Eligibility: Malaysian citizens or relevant residency status
- Immediate Availability: October 2026
