Responsibilities:

• Review servers build requirements, define provisioning dates, raise JIRA tickets, and generate hostnames through the designated portal.
• Submit hardware roll-in requests for rack allocation and review requests to validate hostnames, IP addresses, switch port enablement, and NetBackup (NBU) connectivity. Coordinate with the DCFM team to resolve server cabling issues.
• Build and support new servers throughout the infrastructure delivery lifecycle
• Monitor server build progress, track delivery milestones, and ensure provisioning is completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify and resolve build dependencies by coordinating with Network, Storage, Virtual Machine (VM), and other infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate network firewall, DNS, and load balancer (LB) setup activities.
• Conduct daily DSM calls to track progress, identify blockers, and drive dependency resolution to support timely delivery.
• Perform Linux OS configuration, user and role management, security hardening, and other server build activities.
