This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, takes ownership of their work, and wants to build practical recruitment skills in a structured, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Talent Sourcing: Create job advertisements and identify suitable candidates through recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels.
Candidate Engagement: Reach out to applicants, conduct initial screening calls, and assess their suitability based on role requirements.
Recruitment Management: Track recruitment KPIs, maintain accurate candidate records, and monitor progress towards hiring targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand manpower needs and improve recruitment outcomes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude with the confidence to initiate conversations and make calls.
