The Role

As a Project Accounting & IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing project financials while providing essential IT support. You will ensure accurate accounting processes, liaise with external partners, and maintain secure, reliable IT systems for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Accounting

• Record and submit weekly timesheets in the management system.
• Maintain orderly bookkeeping and office accounting records.
• Liaise with external accounting firms to coordinate financial data.
• Prepare invoices based on project milestones and assist in project financial close-outs.
• Process expense claims and office purchase requirements.
• Support general accounting and ad-hoc administrative needs.

IT Support

• Monitor firewall alerts and escalate issues to vendors when needed.
• Manage basic Microsoft 365 tasks (accounts, licenses, mailbox access, password resets).
• Troubleshoot OneDrive and SharePoint issues.
• Support office IT setup (laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, staff onboarding).
• Maintain records of IT assets and user accounts.
• Monitor antivirus, backups, and cyber security incidents; escalate when necessary.
• Promote staff security awareness with reminders and tips.
