- Reporting to: Country Manager
- Location: Kuala Lumpur

- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new commercial opportunities for raw materials and aroma chemicals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with fine fragrance houses, personal care brands, and contract manufacturers.
- Act as a technical consultant to match client formulation requirements with our innovative fragrance ingredient portfolio.
- Stay ahead of market trends, olfactory preferences, and competitor activities to expand our regional market share.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
- 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within fragrance, aroma chemicals, or essential oils.
- Existing network of established contacts within fragrance houses, cosmetic formulators, and CPG manufacturers.
