Penerbit Education (M) SDN. BHD. is a Malaysian educational publisher producing exercise books from preschool to secondary school. We handle our own production, marketing and logistics in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, recording all sales and expenses in the accounting system.
• Process supplier payments and staff claims, and manage petty cash.
• Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and online marketplace payouts.
• Prepare monthly payroll and salary slips.
• Maintain staff records, including leave, attendance and contracts.
• Organise and maintain physical and digital filing so records are audit-ready.
• Support and handle general office admin.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an accounts clerk, admin clerk or in a similar role.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Account or similar.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, and simple reports.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounts/Admin: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
