• Champion manpower initiatives in the Community Care sector and cultivate win-win partnerships with service providers in the areas of manpower resourcing
• Manage the value chain of manpower development programmes including programme conceptualisation, policy implementation, communications, administration, and stakeholder engagement
• Administer foreign manpower work pass policies, including application processing, quota management and eligibility assessment.
• Analyse workforce-related data and trends to support policy reviews and decision-making.
• Manage any other ad-hoc sector projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience in work pass administration and handling large datasets would be advantageous.
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player with strong follow-up and problem solving skills, stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
