Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and meet monthly revenue targets tracked in the CRM.
• Manage and expand assigned merchant accounts through upsells, renewals, and regular relationship building.
• Keep CRM data current, forecast pipeline health, and share concise progress updates with leadership.
• Work with product and support to turn merchant feedback into clearer value messaging and smoother onboarding steps.

Marketing & Demand Generation

• Plan and run measurable digital campaigns across social and email channels, optimising spend with analytics.
• Design and execute A/B creative tests and apply results to improve conversion flows on landing pages.
• Create compact campaign briefs and simple marketing assets in coordination with design and content.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and iterate to lift lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.

Onboarding, Demos & Merchant Success

• Deliver product demos and run onboarding sessions that shorten time-to-value for merchants.
• Provide frontline technical guidance and triage common POS issues with the support team.
• Develop and maintain clear training materials and walkthroughs to boost adoption.
• Gather merchant success stories and practical feedback to support case studies and sales collateral.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or growth roles, ideally with F&B or retail technology products.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage a portfolio using a CRM system.
• Comfortable running demos, conducting onboarding, and handling technical conversations with merchant teams.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital campaign execution is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar for pipeline and activity management.
• Familiar with digital ad platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads, plus email marketing tools.
• Basic analytics skills using Google Analytics or equivalent to measure campaign performance and optimise spend.
• Able to produce clear onboarding guides, simple spreadsheets, and routine performance reports.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who explains technical features in plain language for non-technical merchants.
• Customer-first mindset with patience and a practical approach to solving merchant problems.
• Self-motivated and organised, able to balance CRM discipline with creative campaign testing.
