Position Description
An IT Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and hiring technology professionals for organizations.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities and talent needs.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for a wide range of IT and technology roles.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across areas such as: SAP / ERP Software Development / Engineering Infrastructure & Network Cloud / DevOps Cybersecurity Data / Analytics IT Support / Service Management Other enterprise technology functions
- Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments to evaluate technical experience, skills, career background and suitability against job requirements.
- Utilise various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, referrals and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow up between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer discussions and pre onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on pipeline, hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
- Proactively identify market trends, talent availability and sourcing challenges within the technology recruitment market.
- Support recruitment projects, volume hiring initiatives and other talent acquisition activities as assigned.
Requirements
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, preferably within an IT services, consulting, shared services or multinational environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical / IT positions across one or more technology areas.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and ability to engage and assess candidates with different IT backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment.
- Strong candidate management and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Immediate or short notice availability is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting regional or cross border recruitment will be an added advantage.
