Job Summary
Coordinate and manage construction activities to ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion. Liaise with stakeholders, monitor resources, track costs, and support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to drive project success.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
Liaise effectively between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for accurate tracking
Monitor material deliveries to ensure timely availability of resources on site
Plan work sequences and resolve site-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in coordination with the finance team to control budget adherence
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes to maintain site safety and legal standards
Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress
Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders for project transparency
Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to enhance project efficiency
Identify potential delays or risks and report them promptly to management for timely mitigation
Required competencies and certifications
Candidate must posses Diploma or degree in any related field.
Candidate must have Experience in a related field.
Ability to work alternative shifts based on site schedule.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively.
