Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale global DSP and Agency channels, driving user acquisition and traffic quality.
• Optimize DSP campaigns through targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
• Manage Agency partnerships, optimize CPA/payout models, and improve ROI.
• Execute and optimize Big Media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
• Drive creative optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Optimize CPA, LTV, ROI, and user quality through data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional, BI, Creative, and Product teams to drive growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Paid Media, with sizable budget management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in DSP optimization and Agency performance management.
• Practical experience with major platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, or X.
• Solid understanding of CPA/CPI/CPM models, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, global market experience, and professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Finance.
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer, GA4, W2A, or OEM channels.
