About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment. Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, understanding their business needs, advising on hiring strategies and delivering talent that supports team goals.

What you will do?

• Manage recruitment from job intake and sourcing to interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements and align hiring priorities.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and hiring trends to support realistic hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet/SEEK, referrals and social media.
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Drive employer branding and social media recruitment campaigns to strengthen awareness and attract talent.
• Coordinate campus hiring activities, build relationships with universities and engage students for internship and graduate opportunities.
• Track hiring progress, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.

What you bring?

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• The ideal candidate brings strong IT or Finance and Accounting hiring expertise, a consultative approach to stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in multiple languages, is an advantage to support regional hiring and diverse candidate pools.”
• Strong understanding of technology roles and current hiring trends
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media recruitment and modern talent sourcing techniques is highly desirable
