Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: People & Culture / HRReports To: People Manager / HR Manager

Job PurposeManage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a sustainable talent pipeline for OSG's Singapore and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions.
• Publish vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source candidates proactively rather than relying solely on job advertisements.
• Screen applications and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate status and recruitment records.
• Follow up candidates promptly throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference/background checks where required.
• Prepare offers and coordinate with HR Administration for employment documentation.
• Maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, schools and other talent sources.
• Track recruitment costs and channel effectiveness.
• Support employer-branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Analyse recruitment data including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and candidate conversion.
• Improve recruitment processes through automation and digital tools.
• Support recruitment for Singapore and overseas teams where required.

Key KPIs: Time-to-hire, qualified candidates per vacancy, offer acceptance, recruitment cost, candidate response time, source effectiveness and new-hire retention.
