As a Field Visit Officer, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to clients' locations to gather information, verify details, and ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements. Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to clients' locations to collect relevant information and verify compliance with financial and legal requirements.
• Prepare accurate field visit reports and supporting documentation in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients while addressing inquiries appropriately.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
• Utilize company-provided technology and mobile devices to complete reports and assigned tasks.
• Ensure all field activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates with a legal background or experience in legal, debt recovery, compliance, enforcement, or financial services will have an added advantage.
• Experience in a similar field-based role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and digital tools for reporting.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to various client locations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, legal procedures, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
