Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Education Consultant with a strong background in sales to join our growing team at LSBF Malaysia. This role plays a critical part in driving student enrolment and achieving recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students and parents about LSBF's academic programmes.
• Achieve individual enrolment targets by converting leads into successful student registrations.
• Deliver engaging presentations and conduct information sessions at schools, colleges, and community events.
• Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment activities including education fairs, open days, roadshows, and webinars.
• Support students throughout the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
• Build strong relationships with school counsellors and regularly update them on LSBF's offerings.
• Actively promote LSBF at various external events to increase brand visibility and reach.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment or sales within the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
• Strong relationship management skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting KPIs.
• Prior experience in the education industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
