Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees/candidates.

Knowledge of KPI and performance management.

Experience inpayroll processing is an advantage.

Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters.

Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

Assist in monitoring and managing employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.

Support the implementation and monitoring of KPI and performance management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Handle employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
