Job Summary
Salary: Basic up $2,600 +$240 shift allowance + AWS +Variable Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Working Days: 6 days per week (rotating shifts)
Location: Changi Airport
Benefits: AWS, Variable Bonus, Annual Increment, Training Provided
Job Scope
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrivals.
Issue boarding passes, tag bags, assign seats, and answer flight questions.
Direct travelers to their gates and airport facilities.
Check passports and visas to ensure they meet immigration rules.
Work with airline and airport staff to keep flights on time.
Handle customer feedback and lost luggage politely.
Follow airport security, safety, and PDPA data privacy rules.
Requirements
Committed to working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or airport ground handling operations preferred.
