We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join a growing experiential agency in Singapore.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who loves bringing creative ideas to life, from the initial concept through to execution. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, suppliers and production partners to deliver high-quality brand experiences, events and activations with B2B clients.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end production of experiential campaigns, events and brand activations
• Take creative concepts and turn them into well-planned, deliverable productions
• Manage production timelines, budgets, suppliers and logistics
• Work closely with creative, account and project teams to ensure ideas are delivered to a high standard
• Manage external suppliers, fabricators, venues, production partners and other stakeholders
• Oversee on-site production and execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Identify potential production challenges and proactively develop solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often working to tight deadlines
• Build strong relationships with clients and production partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief
• Support and mentor more junior members of the production team

About You

• 5+ years' experience in experiential, events, brand activations or a related production environment
• Strong end-to-end production experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Confident managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and multiple stakeholders
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
• Confident communicating with clients, creative teams and suppliers
• Able to manage multiple projects without losing sight of the detail
• A genuine passion for experiential, events and creating memorable brand experiences
• Experience producing large-scale activations, launches, corporate events or integrated campaigns would be advantageous
