Administrative & Executive Support

• Prepare and manage tender documentation, including specifications, forms, and evaluation criteria, for departmental projects and procurement.
• Compile tender comparison tabulations and coordinate interview schedules for tender panels.
• Process purchase orders using the Club's system and coordinate with the storekeeper on the submission of delivery orders and invoices to the Account Department.
• Maintain and update digital records, such as Google Sheets, for petrol/diesel usage and machinery maintenance records.

Technical Operations (Golf course & Clubhouse)

• Support the Course Superintendent in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily maintenance operations for grens, fairways, tees, bunkers, slopes, ponds, and surrounding landscapes.
• Assist in monitoring turf conditions, course presentation, and maintenance quality, reporting observations and recommending corrective actions to the Course Superintendent.
• Manage daily plantation and landscaping operations across the golf course and clubhouse grounds.
• Plan and coordinate planting, landscaping, and maintenance activities effectively.
• Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies, and recommend appropriate treatments.

Machinery & Golf Buggy Data Entry/ Records

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entries for all Field & Green machineries
• Record daily/hour meter/mileage readings, fuel/diesel/petrol consumption, electric buggy charging logs, battery water top-up, tyre pressure, and usage histrory
