Job Description

Job Requirement

• Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn

• Able to work independently with good communication skills

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Request quotations from overseas suppliers

• Keep up with market trends and source promotional items, premium gifts and corporate gifts

• Communicate with factories and suppliers, and follow up on purchasing and order arrangements

• Assist in preparing cost calculations and quotations

• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and emails

• Communicate with local and Mandarin-based suppliers in both English and Mandarin

• Follow up on shipment and delivery status from international to Malaysia

• Handle daily tasks using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
