Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable working with different teams in a fast-paced multinational environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Comfortable using online workflow/collaboration tools.

• Open to using AI tools to improve daily work.

• Experience in administration, marketing, project coordination, events, healthcare, or pharmaceuticalindustries is an advantage, butfresh graduates are welcome to apply

Marketing & Operations Executive – 1-Year Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Executive to support the marketing team of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign support, stakeholder coordination, and new product launch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing and administrative activities.

• Prepare, track, and submit documents through internal systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams on approvals, submissions, and timelines.

• Assist with marketing materials and content, including approvals and distribution.

• Support marketing events, including vendor coordination and event arrangements.

• Assist with meetings, documentation, follow-ups, and action tracking.

• Support new product launch activities and marketing readiness.

• Handle other marketing projects and tasks when required.
