Responsibilities

Coordinate daily civil and structural site activities to meet safety, quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily work fronts, labour, equipment and material requirements.
• Supervise works against approved drawings, methods and site instructions.
• Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues with engineering and QA/QC teams.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, workmanship and housekeeping.
• Maintain daily site reports and escalate constraints or deviations.

Candidate requirements

• Diploma, technical certificate or relevant civil and structural site supervision experience.
• Experience supervising civil and structural construction activities.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Practical understanding of site safety, quality controls and progress reporting.
• Hands-on supervision of foundations, concrete and structural steel works.
