To be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resource and administration of the organisation.

To administrate payroll management.

To apply work passes.

To ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and data.

To handle all vehicles matters example insurance renewal.

To manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

To administrate learning and development.

To manage general administrative functions, office supplies, coordinating company events, and office facilities management.

To ensure that all computer systems, software, and hardware are functioning properly and efficiently.

Ad-hoc task as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.

Knowledge of labour policies and legislation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Info-Tech HR system.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multiple tasked.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month

Experience:

• payroll : 3 years (Required)
• infotech: 1 year (Preferred)
