Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
Reconcile daily cash collections and system reports
Respond to operational requirements and service disruptions
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience
Positive attitude and team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and detail-oriented
