We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Finance Interns. This position provides students and fresh graduates with an opportunity to develop practical knowledge and gain exposure to finance and accounting operations.

Candidates without previous working experience are welcome to apply, as training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out basic accounting and finance-related activities.
• Handle data entry tasks and ensure financial records are properly maintained.
• Organise and manage invoices, receipts and other finance-related documentation.
• Provide support with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help review, verify and update financial data and information.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department.
• Undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Students and fresh graduates from relevant academic disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Possess basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities.
• Responsible, well-organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to carry out tasks independently and work collaboratively with others.
• No previous working experience is required.
