Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, independent and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage the company's daily accounting and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, staff claims and petty cash.
• Monitor company expenses, budgeting and project-related financial records.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and administrative documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Manage daily office administration and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with AutoCount accounting software.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to manage full sets of accounts independently.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mature, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience in construction, engineering or solar/renewable energy industries.
• Familiarity with project-based accounting.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
